Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of TableIQ — the software, dashboards, and services we provide to restaurant operators. By signing up, logging in, or using any part of TableIQ, you accept these Terms on behalf of your business.

TableIQ is operated by Vertex Growth Lab. If we update these Terms, we'll publish the new version here with an updated date. Continuing to use TableIQ after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

TableIQ is priced per site, billed monthly. There is no long-term contract — you can cancel any month, and your subscription runs until the end of that billing period.

Payment is collected through the payment method you provide at checkout. You are responsible for keeping that method current. If a payment fails, we'll attempt to retry it; continued failures may pause access to the product until it resolves.

The first 30 days of a paid subscription are fully refundable. If TableIQ isn't right for you within that window, we'll refund your first payment — no penalty.

The free Revenue Gap Report and demo are free regardless of your decision; there is no charge for either, and nothing to refund for them.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you put into TableIQ, and for managing access for your own staff. Keep your login and staff PINs secure — activity under your account is your responsibility.

You agree not to misuse TableIQ: no attempts to break or reverse the platform, no reselling access, no using it for anything unlawful in your region. We may suspend access if we believe these terms are being seriously breached.

TableIQ is built to keep working on a weak connection — intake and payments queue locally and sync when you're back online. We work hard to keep the service available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access 100% of the time.

Scheduled maintenance, outages outside our control, or issues with your own internet or device may affect availability. We'll communicate about major incidents as clearly and quickly as we can.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the region where Vertex Growth Lab operates, and any disputes will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
