When you submit a form on TableIQ — such as booking a free demo or requesting the free Revenue Gap Report — we collect the details you provide: your name, business or restaurant name, phone or WhatsApp number, country, and the operational figures you enter (such as seat count and average daily covers).

We also automatically collect limited technical information from your browser: your approximate device type (mobile or desktop), and a session identifier. If you accept our cookie banner, we record that consent. If you decline, we record the decline instead.

We use your information to respond to your demo request, prepare a Revenue Gap Report specific to your operation, and follow up about onboarding you onto TableIQ. We also use it to improve how our site and product work, and to keep a record of your consent choices.

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. The analytics and lead-capture tools we use are operated to help us understand which content is useful and to follow up with people who ask for help — nothing more.

Staff permissions are enforced inside the product: attendants see intake and payments, supervisors see operations, and only you see the full financial picture. We limit internal access to what is required to run and support the service.

You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also change or withdraw your cookie consent choice at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.
